So, the artwork that I had created a couple of weeks ago was ultimately going to be used for a Fall/Autumn themed cd. Micah posted his Aloha State mix a few weeks back as well, and this is similar.

Overall, I really like how the leaves turned out even though they dried out overnight when my wife had turned the air conditioner on. The crumpled and dried effect created some interesting holes in the leaf pattern and made some interesting shadows. The range of brown leaves became a bit muddled, but there is still a range of tone that is there.

I’ve been listening to the tracks on this mix for the last week or so, and it’s gotten me really excited for fall, even though most of the tracks don’t have much to do with the season.
