Had a bit of a busy week so far and not much to show for it, but I did get to hit up Rack & Soul for finger lickin’ BBQ over the weekend. Review will come shortly. Here’s a preview:
“World champion BBQ pitmaster” John Wheeler and “legendary soul food chef” Charles Gabriel run the establishment, both bringing numerous accolades and years of juicy experience to the table. I’m headed there to try the ‘cue in particular, so my focus begins with Mr. Wheeler’s contributions. But as I read through mouth-watering descriptions of Mr. Gabriel’s pan fried chicken (distinctly non-barbecue fare) I’m persuaded to include it as part my meal as well. Just this onceā¦
