Here are some revisions and additions to the site redesign. I focused a lot on the authors so readers can put a face and bio with the work. It will also be much easier to link to their other work throughout the interwebisphere. What do you think? I want to hear from both members and readers so I make sure and give everyone the experience that they want. I might start slicing and dicing from here, so speak now or forever hold your peace. This looks good. I say go with it… any changes I might suggest would be small. It needs to be evaluated at full size.

Ah, neat trick.
Now that I’m seeing it full size everything looks really big. Flags could be smaller both on the side as well as in the posts. The top nav looks to be the same size or bigger than the logo type… yeah, things just feel really big.
Nice work overall. Thanks for thinking of ways to give everyone better exposure.
Sorry I didn’t speak up earlier…but for my two pence; is there any other way to treat the names besides the little flag over the images? It’s a little distracting and A LOT of sites are doing it right now.
Maybe a little tab coming out above the image? Just a thought. No big deal if you love it…I think it’s just personal preference kicking in here.
The colors for the different authors are a bit much in relation to the minimalist design of the website as it stands. However, I understand you are probably working with limited solutions for that issue. Otherwise, as a non member, I really like idea of the added features. It looks like it could be very easy to navigate and would answer the few questions I have about the members and their work.
Did I mention how much I love this co-op idea and wish I could join!
