Man has it been busy up in here. I was lucky enough to get really sick and miss a couple of days of work. Just me and my guilt, a crayon and the sketchbook. I recently took up an illustration gig for a children’s story. I was having trouble getting a start on it, but then decided to sketch out an idea in crayon one morning while drawing with the kids. Amazing how a change in medium can open up the juices! These are a few of the character designs I’m working on for a bear in the story.
